Our morning preschool program is perfect for those parents wanting a quality program for their child without placing them in a large center. The program is open to children 2-5.
The program encourages self-discovery and directed learning. We have monthly and weekly themes we will be covering (Click here to view themes) as well as weekly letters, numbers and shapes.
In addition to language arts and math activities, the chidren will be introduced to science, social studies, music, and art.
Having a mixed age group with two teachers is a wonderful experience for the children. Younger children learn from example of their peers. Older children learn from being mentors.
I know many parents, especially those with older children worry that thier child will be held back, or limited by the younger children. This will not be the case at Knowledge Tree. Not only to we break into small groups or more individualized learning, your teachers are both experienced in the fields of kindergarten, pre-kindergarten, kindergarten readiness, and infants and toddlers.
The ratio during this morning program will be 1 teacher for every 6 children maximum.
We encourage enrollment in 5 consecutive days, but will accept either a Monday, Wednesday, Friday enrollment or a Tuesday, Thursday enrollment. Please note, your child will not recieve the full benefit of the program if they do not attend 5 days a week.
