Curious George is such an all-time favorite.  Who cannot love that silly, curious little monkey.

 

I found it funny that my children pointed things out to me in the book, such as George smoking a pipe as being wrong.  But taking into consideration when the book was written, it was socially acceptable.  I explained this to them.  it may have gone over their heads....but hey I'm trying to give my kids a broad experience and understanding of life and the world around them.

 

Anyways, off of my soapbox.  Cute story...lots of spinoffs including books, cartoons and movies.
