Leave it to my child to pick out a book in all Spanish from the library.  I took 3 years of college Spanish and I could translate about 1/3 of it.  Enough to get the jist of it.

 

So basically it is about the dog of the Cuper family and the bird.  They are looking for the treats, and the dog can fly.  Hence the title "Perro Volador" aka Flying Dog.

 

Honestly, I didn't understand the book well enough to get the whole point, but I didn't feel the need to research every word I didn't understand.
