Captain's Purr

I don't think I could sum up this book any better than the dust jacket does, so I am going to quote it here:

Captain is a very handsome cat who lives a quiet life in a house by the river.  He does all the things that other cats do - like eating and sleeping and washing and purring.  But Captain has a secret.

What do you think it could be?

Captain's secret is very cute and had my daughter's laughing in hysterics.  It made me laugh,because I always imagined what my cats were actually doing during those long periods when they disappeared at night.  Maybe this book has it right!
