Belinda in Paris

by Amy Young

Read October 1st, 2008

Another in the Belinda series that my girls love.  Belinda is a ballerina, but she has some abnormally large feet.

Despite these feet that some would see as a disadvantage, Belinda is a fabulous ballerina.  Everyone in Paris is excited for her arrival.

Unfortunately her bag with her shoes gets sent to a different location.  Where will Belinda ever find shoes?  A local ballerina decides to help Belinda get a new pair of shoes.  First they go to the dance shop.  The owner is impressed with the size of Belinda's feet, but even his largest pair is too small for Belinda's beautiful, big feet.  He isn't sure he will even have enough fabric to make the shoes.

This story has Belinda and her ballerina buddy running around all over Paris and making connections with people and helping a few out along the way.

In the end, Belinda gets her new shoes, she dances beautifully (I need a thesaurus) and everyone who helped out tries to take a little bit of the credit for her stunning performance.
